These can be made with any fruit, but our family likes Bananas, they freeze with a nice consistency. We use lickety sip style popsicle molds, but you can use paper cups and pop sticks if you’re in a pinch.
You will need:
- 1 cup of natural plain yoghurt
- 1 cup of mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup, or natural honey
- Whizz the whole lot together in a food processor
- Pour into molds
- Freeze for about 4 hours
