Banana Frozen Yoghurt

These can be made with any fruit, but our family likes Bananas, they freeze with a nice consistency. We use lickety sip style popsicle molds, but you can use paper cups and pop sticks if you’re in a pinch.

You will need:

  • 1 cup of natural plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup of mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup, or natural honey

Method:

  1. Whizz the whole lot together in a food processor
  2. Pour into molds
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours
  4. Enjoy!
